Jerry attended Lakewood Community College in White Bear Lake MN with additional studies at Augustana College in Sioux Falls SD. He also received additional training while a member of the United States Naval Reserve from 1987-1995.From 1981 until 1991 Jerry served as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant at Dakota Orthopedics in Sioux Falls SD. After relocating to St. Cloud MN in 1991, he worked collaboratively with 12 Orthopedic Surgeons and became Dr. Nessler's primary assistant Jan 2002.

Erik attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN from 1999-2003 where he majored in Mathematics and Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He worked as a CNA at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, ND on the Ortho/Neuro floor for a year before attending PA school. He attended PA school at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, IA from 2004-2006 where he received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree.

Cindy has been coordinating studies since 1995 when Dr. Nessler became involved in research .In June of 2004, she resigned her duties in medical support at the clinic to devote more time to the increasing number of research studies Dr. Nessler has become involved with.
